Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity undertaken through your account.

Organisation and team accounts

Subscriptions and allowances belong to the organisation workspace. Owners manage billing and may invite or manage team members. Administrators and members have the permissions provided by the service, and active-member limits depend on the organisation's plan. Each person must use their own authorised account.

Free trial

Eligible organisations may receive one 14-day free trial with up to 100 questions and one active member. No credit card is required for the trial. Trial access ends when its time or question allowance is exhausted. An organisation that has already used a trial cannot restart it.

Paid subscriptions and recurring billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. The current plans are Starter at AUD $49 per month with 150 questions and up to 3 active members, Agency at AUD $99 per month with 700 questions and up to 10 active members, and Agency Plus at AUD $149 per month with 1,500 questions and up to 15 active members.

Plan allowances apply to the relevant monthly billing period and do not roll over. You must keep the number of active members within the selected plan limit. Current plan details presented at checkout form part of your subscription selection.

Plan changes and cancellation

Eligible Owners can manage billing through the service. Upgrades may take effect immediately with Stripe calculating any applicable proration. Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing period. If you cancel, your subscription continues until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew.

Refunds and consumer rights

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for change of mind, unused subscription time or unused question allowances. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will continue until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

AI-generated tenancy information

PropertyManagerAI is an AI-powered tenancy information and decision-support tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Responses may assist property managers in understanding relevant tenancy information, but may contain errors, omissions or incomplete interpretations.

You remain responsible for reviewing supporting sources, applying professional judgement and deciding what action is appropriate. Supporting citations are provided to assist verification and should be reviewed where a matter is important.

Acceptable use

You must use PropertyManagerAI lawfully and for legitimate property-management purposes. You must not attempt to bypass allowances or access controls, access another organisation's or user's information, interfere with the service, probe security, submit malicious material, automate abusive usage, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.

Your information and responsibilities

You are responsible for the questions and other material you submit, for having authority to use that material, and for avoiding unnecessary personal, sensitive or confidential information. Your use of information returned by the service remains your responsibility.

Intellectual property

PropertyManagerAI, its website, software, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is authorised; they do not transfer ownership of the service or third-party source material.

Third-party services and sources

The service depends on third-party hosting, authentication, database, AI and payment services. Third-party sources and linked websites remain subject to their own terms and may change independently. We are not responsible for the content or continued availability of third-party sources.

Availability, suspension and termination

We aim to keep PropertyManagerAI available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, suspected misuse or non-payment. We may terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on AI-generated information without appropriate source review and professional judgement, or from events outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, any limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published at propertymanagerai.com.au. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, and the courts with jurisdiction there, without limiting any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
